Freezer air worked as well as oxygen for me. If caught early on, typically the CH would be aborted. My problem is always that the headache will return in 20 to 30 minutes as bad as ever. Funny though, if I hit the oxygen again, usually the same thing will happen - headache goes away for 30 minutes, just to return. I've aborted headache after headache this way toward the end of my last cycle. Best wishes for all, Rich
