YOu should read those posts, titled shadows .

Yes I have them too . Sensitivity to light and noise are very common .
I'm taking up to 500 mg / day of Magnesium .
Although , I can't tell you exactly what's helping . But I'm feeling better .
Besides, Magnesium is an element in our body that is much needed for a whole bunch of other things

Although it doesn't say anything about CH , you'll see that it's beneficial .
Magnesium is also used for people who have migraine headaches .

If your doctor doesn't know about the " shadows " , then you should tell her about it .

YOu have to keep in mind , that this is not encountered on a daily basis by neuro so as much as they're specialists , maybe some of the real specialists are right here .

Turn down the glare on your monitor by lowering brightness and contrast , turn it to an angle so it points away from your eyes . Wear dark shades , possibly with a mirror finish .
