You asked about if it is possible to have both migraines and cluster headaches, Yes, my doctor said I have both. Only thing that has helped me so far is an ice wrap, and Imitrex or Maxalt pills. Try anything, because you never know what will help you. Everyone is different in what helps them. Good luck to you.
