Beer and alcohol don't seem to affect my headaches much, at least not that I'm aware of... My headaches have always had a love/hate relationship with caffeine. A lot of coffee can sometimes seem to ward them off, if taken early enough, though sometimes even just a sip of tea can bring one on, or worsen a current one.
