I am going to repeat myself (hell, I'm old, I can do that!) about drinking. Is drinking a beer really worth a CH? Most medications will not tolerate alcohol (it will react with them or kill their effect), so why would you take a chance?
Not drinking is NOT bad. I've learned to order a Virgin Mary and it tastes the same as one with Vodka.
Now don't get me wrong. I've pulled my share of drunks (before I started having CH)and had a good time (or at least everyone said I did) while I was doing it, but since the onset of the CHs, I don't even think about taking a drink and don't miss it a bit. It's just NOT worth taking a chance of having a HA.
So advice is great - you can take it or leave it. Good luck.
