I didn't realize how emotional and moody I got during a cycle until my husband pointed it out to me...and sure enough...I'm sitting quite nicely then BOOM!!! I am a raving, screaming, ranting, crying lunatic. Then the headache hits soon after. I didn't realize other people experienced this. Good luck!!!!
