I get a shrill ringing in my ears before the headache hits. I also get a weird blood rushing sound ( I call it the "owls" because that's what it sounds like ) I don't use aspirin and have only taken Cafergot for one week so that's not the reason for the ringing. My doc's all think I'm nuts when I tell them about it! Wish I could help but I do know what you are hearing. Good Luck!!!!
