If you read my post of Cluster Diagnosis on 7/12, it also mentions exercise. It seemed to work for me. In the middle of an episode, had two days of exercise and two days of no severe headaches. It also mentions the carotid suppression that John mentions is his reply. Lots of remedies but unfortunately none that work for everyone. All we can do is keep trying till we find what works for us.
