Do like the other posters have suggested and get in touch with a doc, an emergency room, or your local crisis intervention center. Unfortunately, suicide is one way that clusters sometimes end.
Be sure to let him know Old Dave and many others are praying for him and wishing him free from the pain! Just knowing that has helped me through some nights....
