Other than that, I have little to offer But as an after thought, and since I have a hard time remembering, have tried Oxygen Inhalation? If you have to go to the ER and it is a state funded hospital, they have to accept any amount of bill payment. Athens Regional here in Ga. gets $20 a month from me;sometimes, $ 10
