About the only thing I can add is a really hot shower for 5 minutes followed by a really cold one for the same length of time. I've made this suggestion a few times on the board but no one has tried it that I know of. This suggestion was from a NHF newsletter a while back. If I could figure out a way to drag the shower around the house, I'd have tried it long ago. I'm a pacer and can't be still during a CH attack. Good luck, keep us posted.
