It sure sounds like migraines (not clusters) you're having but there are other things it could be. Can you find a neurologist where you are who is headache-savvy? It's important to get an accurate diagnosis, then there are treatments that can be effective. For example, everyone I've known who suffers from migraines has gotten at least some preventive effect from inderal, and the drugs you'll see us talking about on this board (imitrex, zomig, maxalt) were developed to halt migraine attacks.
