I have had 4 children with clusters either in mid-term or last term. The only drug I ever took was tylenol 3 as a last, LAST resort! I found other natural therapy worked quite well while I was pregnant! The blow dryer aimed at the affected eye, submerged in very warm water, HOT facecloth over the affected eye, if the hot didn't bring immediate relief I went to COLD. Water is new so I never did it pregnant, oxygen was inconsistent on its own. If there is a bright side...after my son (number 3) was born my clusters changed, instead of being in excruciating pain 24 hours/day I only suffered 1-4 hours/day and most times it was a rating of 8 or 9 instead of 10!
Best of luck! When she is far enough along I recommend finding a massage therapist to do accupressure...there are specific points that make you go into labor!! It took me only 3 days after treatment to deliver and it was beautiful!!
May your days be filled with sunshine!
