I am also from the East, and have recently taken a trip to the Carribean during a c/h cycle (planned and paid before the cycle started, ughhh). I did not experience any increased c/h activity as the result of the flying, but I did trigger a c/h 2 of the 3 times I went diving. So perhaps the preassure changes can be a factor.
