I have both migraines and chs. The best thing that happened to me when I discovered Imitrex injections for my chs was discovering Imitrex pills for my migraines. They take about a half hour to an hour to work. Within that time the headache is gone. It works great for me. Go back to a neurologist. Get a definite diagnosis and try to treat it with his / her help.
