The "blue ice" packs of some kind of blue stuff in a
heavy plastic baggie are real good to keep around or
take with you. You can freeze them in a curved shape
or they will quickly thaw enough to mold to your head,
neck or wherever. They too are available at Wal*Mart,
Target, etc.
