Yes and Yes .
Rebound has occured in a nasty way this year when I took some left over Dilaudid from surgery .
Dilaudid is a powerful narcotic . I was happy to get some nice relief with it . But it'd only last for the evening . Come morning .MEGA BANG with SHOVEL in face .
She doesn't need a makeshift solution ( ie analgesics ) .
She has to take some preventatives ( they too seem to be losing effectivness after a few yrs )
Talk to your neuro about it ..
