My doc said same thing in UK - but I'm sure it's

This article implies that it isn't the oxygen that
helps but the temperature of the air. I have
experienced beneift from taking deep breaths of
cold air (without hyperventalting, that doesn't work).
As someone else wrote "I wish my doc could experience
3 x #10s".
