We were told by a doctor, and anyone correct me if I'm wrong, but one good way to define a cluster is if your head feels like it wants to EXplode. Clusters, and Temporal Arteritis are the only headaches with and EXploding feeling. All other headaches are IMploding, like your head is in a vice, and being tightened.
