I have lived with C.H.'s now for 11yrs. I've tried alot of the drugs out there, and use of oxygen without a real reliable success concurently. All these things i am reading, the oxygen, the drugs, the fresh air, the fans, the air conditioner, the faux lighting, the flex-all (inwhich i use vicks vapor rub the same way), to just using pressure points, all work for me, but not consistently, and they don't deminish the bouts per day, per cycle i have. In the past i have tried the antagonists antihistamine, but only as prescribed..What i have just recently found is that i apparently wasn't getting enough in me doing it by the book..which in benadryl is 12.5 mg per cap..I am now using tylenol p.m. 25mg of diphenhydramine per cap as well..i take two of them, plus a benadryl for a total of 62.5 mg about every 4 to 6 hrs, and for the first time in 11yrs have not only warded off the amount of attacks, but have caused the ones that do make it through to be much much more tolerable and short lived. Good luck to you all
