Okay, here goes... You may all hate me, but I can drink alcohol (so far) during a cycle. Caffeine can bug me sometimes, as can irregular or interrupted sleeping. Also, I read somewhere that ch's occur most often in heavy smokers. I was wondering how many of you guys are smokers. I am not, and never have been, although my mother smokes. I should say, however, that although I've been getting clusters for as long as I can remember, I have never actually been diagnosed by a doctor as having them.
