Drummer, Until I found this board, I believed the only exception to my pain being classic clusters is I am female. I now know my pain is classic, three months of unbearable pain several time in a 24-hour period, remissions of 3-8 years, etc. BUT, I lay down during the 30-120 minutes of the pain, and if my husband is home, he provides me with WARM to HOT clothes for my head. As I have read the hundreds of posts since I found this site in early March, I have be truly confounded by how differently I react to the pain.
But I have also learned we all have so much in common, and yet each one is different.
I pray for relief for us all.
