I can lay down for a 4 or 5 and sometimes prefer to. When it gets past 6 or 7, I am buns up with my face in the pillow. 8 or 9 I'm up rocking pacing down up back forth. eating anything that is mildly analgesic( except tylenol which intensifies them)ice water,running, walking, moaning, hitting, screaming, crying, and for a ten I am out on the interstate running 110 looking for a bridge to run off. Okay I lied about the ten as someone else once said I wont admit to a ten because I always need to know I can take just a little bit more.
