I agree that we all must deal with this demon in our own way but when he visits me I can not sit still.I pace,I moan,my eyes pour water,and during the worst I have been known to bang my head against the floor and have stuck it in the freezer.Altho none of these have really helped I find it impossible to sit still.To me any kind of activity is preferable to just laying there.
