jet lag makes you tired; tired always seems to
trigger mine. another thing you might consider is
altitude sickness, a fancy name for not enough
oxygen. when i went to denver for 6 mos. for a
job, i was miserable for the first week (i live at
sea level) and it wasn't headache season for me.

an oxygen bottle might help the headaches, and it
would definitely help the rest of the symptoms :-)

i know damned well i wished i had one when i went.
