To answer your question, I used to crawl the walls, run up and down stairs, bang my head and cry and rock. Now I try to lay down and do Yogic breathing and relax to the gentle sounds of the O2 tank. Sometimes I pull it off - at least untill the pain and frustration get the best of me. Inside a headfull of horror can be a lonely, scarey place so I try to be as comfortable as possible.
