After reading your post I had to stop and think for a minute....I cannot imagine anyone laying down either with CH's!! Dear God, lets hope that these demons arent becoming fashionable!! But I do remember when I had my very first attack...I was sure I was gonna go insane! Pacing, crying, screaming pulling my hair, but laying down and also pounding my head was out of the question! Now, when the Demon comes to visit, which is several times daily, I sit down immediately, lay my head down into my hands, find a pressure point, and psychologically take myself away! I've found that fighting the pain, for me, makes it worse! So, if I let it sort of wash over me..(and thats harder than hell to do) and remind myself that its gonna be gone in awhile, it makes things alot easier to cope with! Mind over matter is the key for me....layind down, though?? Not in a zillion years!! Crying and throwing up also is not an option for me....no way!!
