Yes, Drummer, I do lie down after a while, when the HA gets a bit more under control. Everyone handles these monsters differently.
In the beginning I used to jump into a hot shower, but after a while that didn't work. Now when one strikes(if I'm at home). I go get my ice and strong black coffee and sit down and try to relax my body. When I was taking Imitrex, if took much longer to abort, so after a while I would lie down with my icebag and pray.
Different strokes for different folks.......
