Yeah! When mine first started (back in the old days)I had two months of almost non-stop pain until after I was diagnosed and got some DHE. Thought it was a brain tumor and was sure I was dying.
If the predisome works - great. Hopefully it will abort this one for you. But next time it might NOT work, so be prepared.
