Personally, I think you need a second opinion. CH is one sided and the other symptoms you described are not typical in most cases.
You didn't say what meds you were on, but sometimes the meds will effect your cognitive reasoning and cause forgetfulness.
If I were you, I'd go to another doc and see what he has to say before you get worse. It really sounds like you have something else wrong.
