I'm no M.D., but it doesn't sound like Clusters to me at all. Have you had all an MRI? I have suffered with this demon for over ten years and have never noticed any change in my cognitive or creative abilities, except possibly during an actual attack. In fact, I, like Todd, have noticed a definite trend among cluster headache sufferers (at least within this "community") of extremely creative and articulate people. I really think you should get a second opinion.
