Oxygen seems to be the ticket... If I can get to it in time, it will almost always abort the c/h; if my c/h "explodes" before I can get to the O2, then using oxygen will always knock the pain level down a notch or two which allows me to take other measures. Sorry to hear they're back, but as you know you're not alone.
