Not for me. The neuro for my first cluster sent me to an orthopedic surgeon to be evaluated for TMJ, just to rule it out.
I can relate to the comparison of having a dentist 'jab' a nerve to CH, as anything over a 5 for me has a tendril that extends down to my upper molar and feel exactly like an abcess. My understanding is that the nerve bundle that gets mad during a cluster branches down to behind the eye and the sinus (hence the stuffed or runny nose). It's no major leap of faith for me to think that the demon can 'crossover' and invite the tooth nerve to dance along with him/her.
