A person with a CH CANNOT LIE DOWN. Why do they think we get up out of bed and pace and pant in the middle of the night...several times a night.
My sister has 'ordinary migraines' and we have noted this to be a discernable difference. She can't stay up and keep going, I can't lie down and rest. When the last attack is finally over, then a little later I can sleep for awhile.
