my wife, of twenty years, is very patient, understanding and loving. recently when trying to describe the pain of a cluster headache, i commented that it has been described as being worse than childbirth. she said that only a man could have written that. since, thank god, she doesn't get clusters, and i've never given birth, i told her i would pose the question here. i realize i'm talking apples and oranges here, but only a mother who gets clusters can offer an opinion.
