I used BC Powder for years, two at a time. They have a big dose of caffeine that goes right to the bloodstream. Truckers knew this for years. I still get it for relatives up north who can't get it.
Everything you take that changes your blood pressure or is processed thru your body can give you a rebound, BC works for a while and then Bam it gets you.
A good Neuro will help, analgesics just cause problems.
