The problem with this question is that if someone has outgrown them, they probably wouldn't be looking for or finding this web site. Jim is an exception. Any way, a majority of the response will be from people that still suffer from CH.
I'm 48 y/o. Been dancing for 30 years. As I get older, the clusters get farther in between (last remission 2-1/2 years, up from 9 mos. at the start). The last cluster was shorter than normal, 5 weeks vs. 12 weeks. The HAs fewer, 1/day vs. 3/day. I can only hope I'm moving in the right direction and I will always hold on to the hope that some day they will be gone for good. Wishing the same to all.
