Interesting approach. I find it especially interesting that
the psychedelic drug you're using is effective only as a
preventive, and that it doesn't help the cluster already in
progress. I would have expected it to.
What are the side effects of the drug? Are you walking
around all day marveling at the beauty of your surroundings?
By the way, I doubt that the drug is actually LSD, which to the
best of my knowledge does not occur in nature. There are several
naturally-occurring psychedelic compounds, though. These include
mescalin (from peyote buds) and psilocybin (from mushrooms). Could
your drug be psilocybin?
I can understand your doctor's consternation, since some mushrooms
are fatally poisonous, and there is no government agency ensuring that
the chemicals you're ingesting are safe.
