I've used the Cafagot PB supp. for several years and they've saved my sanity a few times. I could always depend on them - and no nausea. BUT the ercaf pills are a different matter. I have to take Dramamine BEFORE I take a pill or I will be nauseated really quickly. Unfortunatly I don't throw up - just wish I could. But if I take the Dramamine I don't get sick.
