Liz, While on a trip to the flower store a couple of months ago, I ran into a parent of my child's friend. She happens to be a very respected cardiologist & also was born in China. I told her about my CH's and she immediately told me to read the "Psalms of David" and to do it in one sitting. She told me it would take 4 hours to read, and not to let any distractions stop me. While I am a very spiritual person & believe in God, I found this a little odd.
She proceeded to tell me a couple of amazing stories about terminally ill people who had done this and found strength and were cured of their disease. She also brought out pictures she had taken of the sky and lo and behold the clouds had formed "actual" pictures of angels.
While, I do have my doubts, when she showed me the pictures, tears came out of my eyes. Being a naturally doubting Thomas, I thanked her and was off. However, I must say, I have never forgotten what she said to me, and your post just refreshed my memory.
Who knows, stranger things have happened.
