Mom,
When you working with the goverment (unless you know someone) red tape an file`s come up missing happen`s all the time. To guard against this make sure you have copies of everything the V.A. does. This will cut down on any excusses that they try to throw your way. It wont hurt to write your cong. but dont be suprised if you never hear anything back from them. It took me a year an half to get to mine. I e-mail them weekly if not daily. Now they are very good at sending me ALMOST anything I ask for.
Just thought I`d let all V.A. ppl know this.
