I get warning signs too. (I also get left side clusters) Mine are chronic now but if I get a 2 day break from them then the "aura's" hit me.
1. My right and left ears play "speaker"...much like someone is playing with the stereo controls and is adjusting from right to left speaker.
2. I hear what I assume is is the blood rushing to my head, but from inside my head it is a "whoo - whoo" type noise that lasts about 3 -4 minutes. I call it the "owls"
3. I get a pain in my left leg.
Recently though, I have also been getting clusters on my right side, which I never had before. They ratio of left to right side clusters is about 8:1. I'm still trying to get over the fact that I'm even getting them on both sides so I don't know if I'm getting any "hint's"...I'll try to notice. Keep pain free!
