Him Carl,
Verapamil SR hase always worked me since was daignosed as a Cher during 1990. From all the info pertaining to CH's, mine have become more frequent with age. But my Doc had to increase the dosage to 380 mgs and decided to keep taking V SR indefinitely. In the past I was off and on and kept records of there strike and Remission. But THEY would sometimes return on a Fri. or Sat. The ER vists came to $1000 plus an agonizing weekend
I would like to state an opinion. Verapamil seems to work very well for many but from keeping a record of V SR in treatment and there seems to be a problem in finding the correct dosage I tried 240? mgs with very poor results. But 360mgs, It worked like magic . So i often wonder if those who tried Verapamil and had no positive results.
But back to the subject; I have noticed the cycles being longer but I thimk for me ,it is age.
PFD DC glad you asked.
