When I was in the Army, the first day of leave was always destroyed by a cluster attack. Last year, a three-week vacation was totally destryed by a cluster attack. When I got back to work, I had the whole three weeks charged to sick time. This is what happens between episodes. During an episode, watching TV, going to bed, the arrival of the weekend, and anything else relaxing all can trigger CH attacks.
