I am not sure as to whether this can help anyone, but, I also suffer from clusters, and go through the same series of steps every time they decide to come about, but, the last time they visited, I received some Imotrix which did seem to ease the pain somewhat. Just something that you might want to ask for. If yours are anything like mine, I would try anything. This did help me a little...
