which is a very specific disease, with a very definite set of diagnostic symptoms
EVEN THOUGH all of a sudden it seems to be a catchall into which many Drs are "dumping" patients who they simply can't diagnose properly
YES there IS a lot of variation within those symptoms - but from everything I've read, experienced & been told in near 30 yrs of CH - "this ain't it"

this sounds like it MIGHT be what they call "icepick headache"
which is very different from CH in some fundamental ways
HOPEFULLY you may be able to find suggestions for relieving pain etc on this board, but it would probably serve you better to see if there are resources on the net specific to your malady
