He is on 240mg of Covera HS a day, and just started that this past Monday. The Maxalt he didn't think was helping but I think we discovered tonight that it is helping - because we were about 20 minutes away from home when the attack started and he didn't have the Maxalt with him, so he was 20 minutes into the attack before he had his first dose.
I know from reading this board that the Covera HS takes about 10 days to get into your system - I hope and pray that it does help reduce the frequency of the attacks.
One thing I didn't say in my first post is that this is the second time I've married him, so there must be something there I guess it boils down to the fact that I really don't want to lose him and all the problems that have happened medically this year are scaring me. My in-laws would like nothing better than for me to be penniless and on the streets if something happened to my husband, and they would see that it was done, too.
