Get hold of Margi if she hasn't already contacted you. She's our Head of Supporters and has a lot of experience.
Most of us that suffer don't know what you're going through. We just know we hurt and act like jackasses most of the time we're in a cycle.
Margi is the best place to turn for help on this one.
