I have found one report in the medical literature which says the nasal spray is not effecive with CH. But worth a try, given individual variation in response. I suspect that all the drugs in this family are less helpful with CH because their time before onset is 30-60 minutes.
Might consider a trial of DHE-45 in the new nasal spray; it works quickly and has a good clinical track record with CH.
