How often between episodes? I am usually headache free from 1 yr-18 months. My episodes last 2 months also. I have been headache free for 1 week now, Thank God! I am glad to know that you are also at the end of your cycle, and I know exactly how those #10's feel and how draining they are emotionally, physically, etc. Did you get a chance to look at the Kip Scale - it describes pretty accurately the different cluster levels. Also, have you tried any of the non-drug remedies (water, exercise, ginger ale and grape juice) that have helped others on this board? I'm glad to know that you have caring doctor and an understanding boss. Get well real soon.
